The Delphi Archaeological Museum

Delphi, as the navel of Earth and as the spiritual and religious center of ancient Hellenism, gave Group Ceramists Traces the idea of organizing, on the occasion of the World Museum Day 2017, this Exhibition with the theme “Delphi”. The group consists of Vassilis Anastasopoulos, Charoula Koropouli, Marilena Livieratou, Vassilis Papaioannou and Ilias Christopoulos

the artists of the Group Ceramists “Traces”

Thirty Greek and foreign Ceramists were invited to create new works, inspired by the holy place of myths. The exhibits, with different technique according the form, the decoration and firing, reflect the modern trends in ceramic art in Greece and abroad.

The exhibition will take place on the exterior and interior of the Museum. The entrance to the interior during the day of the opening will be free.
